My goal is to help as many people achieve their dream career in the horse industry as possible.
I've spent more than 15 years as a full-time equine faculty at 3 different colleges. I am also a wife, mother, horse farm owner, equine competitor, business manager of Double Dan Horsemanship, co-founder of the International Liberty Horse Association, and now the founder and CEO of Equine Career Coach. There's no doubt about it - I love the horse industry!
Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am passionate about helping others. So much so that I've built my entire career around it.
Whether it's introducing people to all the equine career possibilities they didn't know exist, helping them map out an action plan to achieve their goals, teaching them how to create a resume that stands out from all the rest, helping applicants crack the job interview code, coaching people through tough career decisions, serving businesses by offering done for you services, bridging the gap between job opportunities and people looking for jobs, or helping entrepreneurs launch their own equine business - I am only successful when the people I work with are successful...
